Nisha Patel

I strongly support the preservation of Vienna’s character, and its strong residential focus. I believe commercial redevelopment of Maple Avenue needs to be done responsibly, with consideration to building height, density, traffic, parking, walkability, town parks, infrastructure, and our local schools.

I am fiscally responsible and budget conscientious. I encourage active citizen engagement with fair opportunities for all to present their ideas and concerns. I am proud of my voting record on Council and my initiatives such as the sidewalk at the intersection of Church and Park streets, the real estate tax cut, the logical approach to the Robinson trust sidewalk program and re-evaluation of our leaf mulching program here in the Town.

All of my decisions have been resident focused. Vienna is a family friendly community.  Let’s keep it that way! Vote for Nisha Patel,  MD on May 4. See more at patelforvienna.org
